About

Piano Plugins lists free piano instruments for composers, grouped the way people search: by type, by mood and by the player they need. Every listing links to the maker's own download page and shows when it was last checked.

It's built by Richard Pryn, who writes music for film trailers and adverts and teaches composers. Each summary is written from several sources, including the maker's page and video walkthroughs, and never copied from makers' marketing. Links are checked every week.

Spotted a dead link or a piano that's no longer free? Let Richard know through richardpryn.com.

Piano Plugins is a Composer HQ site.
